Kershaw are only ever a call away. We offer and provide a fully integrated, in house Help Desk which provides 24/7/365 reactive call out facility to all our clients. Our Help Desk is manned by trained personnel equipped to diagnose a technical fault and allocate the correct engineer at all times, quickly and efficiently. The Help Desk is operational all year round, including Bank Holidays for all call logging and enquiries.
Our trained, technical Help Desk personnel are ready to help at any given moment or emergency situation. We are there when you need us in any circumstance including loss of power, heating, hot water or in extreme circumstances such as fire or flood.
Our 24/7/365 service is available to all of our contracted clients. Our skilled mobile engineers are all part of a team call out rota and as such we have competent, qualified skilled engineers on call at all times including weekends and bank holidays.
On an emergency call out our engineers will always make the area safe as a priority. Our engineer will then look to diagnose the fault as quickly as possible, mitigating any risk to the client and building then put in place a full resolution strategy.
All of our engineers are fully supervised by skilled, qualified technical personnel. Works are audited and as such standards of work are always monitored. Kershaw pride ourselves on our first time fix rates and this is integral in ensuring value for money is provided to each and every client as well as ensuring site operational continuity is maintained at all times.
Kershaw manage a ‘real time’ CAFM system in which updates can be provided to our clients of job and completion status. Communication with our clients is essential and as such our helpdesk keeps the customer updated at every stage of an emergency call.
