May 13 2021

The service and maintenance division of Kershaw has its sights set firmly on the future after securing several significant accounts over the past 12 months.

Providing both planned and reactive M&E maintenance solutions, the team goes above and beyond to provide a reliable top-quality service to their clients. By developing bespoke programmes of work for each client they are able to ensure that the service provided is focused and dedicated to that specific organisation.

A key part of the divisions’ strategy is to ensure that its team members are nurtured and have the ability to grow and develop as the division expands. This has resulted in a number of internal promotions including Phil Garland taking on the role of Operations Manager and Lynton Melville joining Russ Davey and Dan Easom as a Contracts Manager.

Richard Royal, General Manager, Service and Maintenance Division said: “This is a really exciting time for the division as we have taken on some fantastic new contracts over the past 12 months as well as maintaining and renewing our existing ones.  We have an extremely strong and knowledgeable team and to see them grow and develop with the division is fantastic. This enables us to push our growth targets and focus on our business development, ensuring we are taking on more new clients and providing our existing ones with the high level of service they are accustomed to.”

The Service and Maintenance division are experts in M&E maintenance and Hard Service facilities management. They provide their clients with focussed maintenance solutions making sure the organisation is compliant and maximising the lifespan of their assets.

One of the more recent developments has been the introduction of specialist UV lighting, which can be used for automatic disinfection of spaces, killing up to 99.9% of germs and is suitable for all areas including toilets, kitchens and high areas of use.
