Kershaw Mechanical Services Driving Forward with Latest Project

Kershaw Mechanical Services is delighted to have been awarded the full Mechanical and Electrical installation for the new Scania (Great Britain) Limited’s Head Quarter offices based in Milton Keynes. 

Kershaw was awarded the project by lead contractor Kier Construction Eastern.

The project will include the design and Installation of the mechanical and electrical services including the installation of the supply and extract ventilation system and VRF system throughout. Kershaw will be installing a gas fired water heater system, roof mounted AHU’s, sanitary ware, Zip hydrotaps, toilet extract fans and ductwork, Lighting and lighting control, fire alarms, PV, energy monitoring, security systems, power and data.  

The new 5700m², three storey, H-shaped building has been designed by GDM architects and will replace the existing Scania office building.  

Ian Greenstock, Sales Director for Kershaw Mechanical Services said “This is a really interesting project to have been involved in and we were delighted when we were awarded the contract. The building has been designed to reflect Scania’s corporate image,” he continued “the mechanical and electrical installation of the project mirrors this quality benchmark and plays to our experience within the field”

The development is due for completion in spring 2019.
