Kershaw Mechanical Services Keep it Local With Latest Contract
June 04 2019
Kershaw Mechanical Services, Facilities Maintenance Division have secured a major new PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) contract close to home.
The contract comes via Cambridge Innovation Parks Limited (“CIPL”) and is for the maintenance on Blenheim House and Stirling House located at CIPL’s North campus in Waterbeach.
Cambridge Innovation Park combines premium serviced office space with additional amenities to create an ideal environment for high-tech companies - from their very inception through to the point at which they need to start scaling up.
Richard Royal, General Manager, Kershaw Mechanical Service, Facilities Management Division said “Regular maintenance is essential to any building in order to maximise the lifespan of the assets. Following a regular planned maintenance programme reduces the risk of system breakdowns - which in turn can result in building downtime and unexpected costs.” He continued “We are delighted to be working with Cambridge Innovation Parks Limited on this contract given the buildings are just a stone’s throw from our head office. We hope this is just the start of a long-term business relationship”
