Kershaw Mechanical Services has its own in-house ductwork manufacturing and pre- fabrication facilities in Cambridge.
Within the workshop there is an array of sheet metal forming equipment including Plasma Cutter and De-Coiler machine for cutting, bending and forming sheet metal from 22 gauge to 6mm thick plate.
Ductwork is only manufactured for Kershaw’s own projects, enabling the company to maintain a tight control on cost, programming, manufacture, delivery, and installation.
Additional benefits of in-house manufacture include: excellent response time to design changes, co-ordination, offsite pre-fabrication of pipework, bracketry, support steelwork and many other bespoke specially fabricated steelwork items.
